Dagmar Wolf’s practice deals with all aspects of fault and no fault divorce, valuation of and equitable distribution of marital assets, property settlement agreements, alimony, alimony pendent elite, spousal support, child support, and abuse. Her work has included helping to create agreeable settlements in very difficult cases as well as establishing a new law regarding valuation and distribution of hybrid (marital and non marital) assets.
One tribute to the success of her work is that the majority of her new clients are referred by former clients, adverse clients, other local attorneys and court personnel.
Over the course of the last twenty years, she has taught and organized seminars on family law topics and has written dozens of articles for PB9, the Pennsylvania Family Law Quarterly, and the Legal Intelligencer.
Prior to her work in Family Law, Dagmar clerked for a major defense firm and worked in corporate law.
