Ed White has tried numerous major jury trials resulting in successful verdicts for plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls cases. He has also tried scores of arbitration hearings and successfully negotiated favorable settlements for plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Throughout college and law school, Ed developed the strengths he needed to be successful in litigation -- analyzing, researching, writing and creating clear, cogent and influential arguments. In addition to remaining up-to-date on the legal and business topics of interest through continuing education, conferences and subscriptions, Ed also speaks frequently at various groups.
His strength in litigation is also seen in his participation as first and second chair in the trial of several other major jury trials, including a six-month trial of a lead poisoning case in state court in Philadelphia.
