From October 2001
until January 2005, served as the Judicial Law Clerk in the
Bucks County Court of Common Pleas to The Honorable Alan M.
Rubenstein, former Bucks County District Attorney,
1986-1999.
During tenure as
a law clerk, established strong working relationships, as
well as a comprehensive understanding of the judicial
philosophies of many of the Bucks County Court of Common
Pleas Judges, including the Honorable Edward "Pete" Biester,
Jr., former Attorney General of Pennsylvania, 1979-1980 and
United States Congressman, 1967-1977.
Having published
over fifty (50) judicial opinions during tenure as a
Judicial Law Clerk, proficient in writing and editing legal
documentation. Organized and thorough with proven skills in
legal analysis, assessing relevant case law and recommending
sound legal dispositions.
Highly-articulate, competent attorney demonstrating
superior skills in legal research and writing, with a broad
knowledge of the Pennsylvania Rules of Court.
Utilizes creative and logical thinking for effective
investigation and resolution of complex legal issues; adept
in time management, managing multiple projects concurrently,
