Joseph Kuhls’ practice focuses on land use issues from a broad range of varied perspectives including developer, the municipal decision makers, and neighborhood civic associations.
His work has included representing a regional medical center as it continued to expand its outreach into new environs, supporting optimal and collaborative outcomes for a Municipal Waste Authority serving over 12 municipalities and providing general business, land and zoning counsel to civic associations throughout the Main Line area.
Joe has been recognized for his 10 years of service as a Hatfield Township Solicitor and his continued involvement in local politics and the critical issues of land development.
